Dr. Habīb Boerger is a spiritual counselor, mentor, and teacher with a passion for accessible, inclusive spirituality. He is the host of Beyond Names: Spirituality for Anyone and Everyone, a podcast exploring heart-centered, interspiritual living. After a career in human services leadership, Dr. Habīb earned a PhD in Theology from Claremont School of Theology, with a focus on Spirituality and Spiritual Formation in Christianity and Islam. He also holds an MDiv in Spiritual Healing and Counseling from the University of Sufism—where he now serves on faculty—along with degrees from Texas State University and the University of Kansas, and a Certificate in Islamic Studies from Bayan Islamic Graduate School. His spiritual journey spans diverse traditions and experiences—from conservative Christianity to Islamic mysticism, from ayahuasca ceremonies in the Amazon to the hajj pilgrimage. For over 20 years, he has been teaching on spirituality and spiritual practices with a commitment to making them accessible to all.
