Nancy Fowler
Rev. Dr. Nancy Fowler earned her Ph.D. in spiritual formation at Claremont School of Theology, graduating in 2020. Frank Rogers was her advisor. Her son struggled with mental health issues for his entire life and finally chose to end his life when he was 24. Through her studies, she discovered that Rogers’ Compassion Practice helped to bring some comfort and solace to her deep grief. She feels called to bring this program to others who are dealing with life issues. She is a member of Pacific Beach Christian Church (DOC) and is on the leadership team for Beloved Way and its non-profit offshoot, Beloved Compassion Network. She lives in San Diego with her husband and daughter.
