Karri Backer    

Karri Backer is a spiritual director, therapist, and an Episcopal priest currently serving as Vicar at St. George’s Episcopal Church in Riverside.  She has spent several years exploring the intersections between faith, spirituality, and mental health and is especially drawn to spaces where she can support individuals in finding healing and wholeness in their lives.  Karri has training in Internal Family Systems, the Compassion Practice, and Ignatian spirituality, and applies a trauma-informed focus to these approaches.
