Chris Ng

Rev. Dr. Christine Ng earned her D.Min. from Claremont School of Theology with an emphasis on the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, ecofeminist theology, and the Compassion Practice. Chris uses the Compassion Practice in her spiritual direction and spiritual direction supervision practice and has taught it to interns in the spiritual direction formation programs she has led. Ordained in the United Church of Christ, she also co-pastors First United Church of Christ in Second Life, a fully authorized church of
the UCC that exists only on the virtual reality platform of Second Life. In addition, she is an avid InterPlayer and has taught Tai Chi for more than 30 years. She lives in New Mexico with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, three grandchildren, and numerous furry, feathered, and scaled family members.
